sushi and journey up the hill

calvin had been very nice last thursday. well, since he didn't turn up for my birthday surprise party as he was busy admiring his $8k computer, he had decided to bring us for dinner in wa-zen. wa-zen is a non halal japanese restaurant in Taman Melaka Raya and the food was superb! both the lau brothers had pork bellies stuffed into their tummies like how we feed the vendor machines. I do not know why they are notoriously known as the lau brothers. they have never come out with anything good, unlike the wright brothers. hey... at least we flew to india in planes!! when they are together, they fork out money and make low yat plaza richer. sometimes, they donate money to their favourite uncle lim who is now RIP in the cemetery of genting.

while we were waiting for our jap food, there comes another evil idea from calvin.

'Let's visit uncle lim! I could feel his presence! he is calling us!!'

katsu don

katsu kurel rice

nabeyaki udon

potato sarudu

edamame

spider maki

chuka kurage

california maki

so, we have decided to spend the saturday afternoon in genting. notorious william had gotten his mind so corrupted earlier by mingling too much with the lau brothers and joined us in our journey up the hill. we visited uncle lim in his cemetery. i hope that he is really resting in peace (RIP) and not in the state of 'rising if possible' (RIP). The toilet door in the ladies closed by itself while i was washing my hands!! oh no! that was so scary. i don't know whether the toilet is haunted but i knew that i was alone. i have determined not to visit his cemetery anymore. it send shivers down my spine. it was a great getaway for all of us. we learnt a new game from calvin and are all looking forward for the next visit. aha... not to forget the delicious claypot low shu fen and thousand island sauce chicken salad in pandan indah. it is highly recommended. thanks william!!

claypot low shu fen

thousand island sauce chicken salad
